excellente Well. It happened, I missed a week. I told myself last Sunday night that I would "do it Monday". Monday I said that I would "do it Tuesday". By Wednesday I gave up and admitted I'd just do a double one this week.
Things continue to be a lot, and I continue to be busy, but I feel like I actually made some decent progress!
Week 14 (1401 total)
Current streak: 57 days
March was my highest month so far, and my current 57 day streak is the longest. March was also the first full calendar month where I wrote everyday. This week especially has been pretty productive. I don't have week totals all calculated and am too lazy to go and check, but I'd say it's pretty far up there.
WIP-wise. I've been slogging my way through what started as chapter 6 ad turned into chapter 6+7 ish. I had too much in CH6 for my planned breaking point, and also breaking there would mean throwing out the start for the next big chapter wasn't keen on, so I gave up and trying to find the end and just wrote on. Now that I've finished CH6/7 I can start on CH8 and split CH6/7 into CH6 + CH7. I'll end up with two slightly shorter chapters, but I think it works much better. CH8 is a really big chapter that I've been planning for ages - very keen to get into it.
Plus, it'll mean that I can update this coming week rather than next. Hopefully having this chapter I've been so keen on and have a really clear idea of will mean I can power through it but I'm going to try not to expect too much of myself!
