excellenteIt's not been a full week since the New Year and my new writing goals, but I'm going to try and keep myself accountable on a weekly basis and starting on a Sunday seems sensible.
Word counts for the week:
Wednesday 1/1 - no writing because I took the entire day off to do nothing!
Thursday 2/1 - 106 word, not heaps but something
Friday 3/1 - up super late getting an assignment in and just totally forgot
Saturday 4/1 - 353 word
Sunday 5/1 - 361 word
Week total - 820 words
Active fics:
ladies + bearfolk (original fic) - 106
fake marriage au (dragon age long fic) - 361
squishy (dragon age short fic) - 353
So, I didn't quite manage to write on all the days of the week, but I did manage to work on all three of my active fics, as planned. 820 words feels like so little, especially after November, but I'm trying to remember that the focus here is consistency. 50k in a month is great once, maybe twice a year, but if I'm going to start finishing and posting things and working my way through the backlog, I need to consistency and habit.
